RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please note: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Any item purchased with a discount code will be eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories attached. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item, or 14 days for international orders (outside the United States). Exchanges and returns for store credit will be honored for 30 days after the customer received their item. To begin a return or exchange, email: Hello@24HrLaundry.co. Please use the word "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" with your order number in the subject line. Your email should include the reason for the return or exchange, your order number, full name and date received. If this information is missing we may not be able to complete your request.

Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a reply.

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange or refund, so you may want to insure it and retain the tracking number until it has reached our location. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, there are no additional shipping costs to receive your new item. 

For International orders, 24 Hour Laundry is not responsible for any customs charges issued in accordance to your country's policies. We will not grant refunds for any customs charges assessed nor grant a refund for orders should the customer not pay the customs charge assessed.
